The Training and Development concentration presents the principles and processes for assessing both strategic organizational and individual learner needs through a performance-based perspective. The program applies adult learning theory to practice.  At the University of St. Francis, online programs ensure that even adults who are employed full time are able to complete the program at their own pace.

BBA+MBA (5 years) is an Integrated MBA Programme for all eligible class XII pass-outs aspiring for a career in the field of business management. It is an innovatively designed dual degree programme that combines the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes – BBA and MBA.On successful completion of five years, a 'MBA Integrated' degree will be awarded by Uttarakhand Technical University.

The program aims to not only enhance a student's management skills and knowledge but also create leaders who can make a radical impact through their Principles & Work style imbibed at the institute. The program grooms and moulds them as outstanding leaders through a world class academic experience.

On successful completion of five-years, students shall not only be awarded with the 5-year 'Integrated MBA' degree from UTU, but the institute also guarantees a placement of minimum Rs.5,00,000 as annual remuneration, subject to the requisite criteria being met by the student.

Industrial Training is one of the most important aspects for an engineering student especially. This helps the student to gain industrial exposure and also get familiar with the environment of the corporate world he/she wishes to enter. But the most important fact about industrial training is that it should be taken very seriously both by students as well as trainers. Six weeks industrial training holds the same importance as that of six months industrial training as it sets the platform for the student and student can select the technology in which he/she wants to enhance and train further. The exposure and experience a student gets in industrial training is of utmost importance.Industrial training is very essential. The student gets a chance to learn new technologies. A university is generally not in tune with the latest industry requirements. To overcome this problem a student is given a period of 6 months for getting aware about the latest technologies of the industry. 6 months industrial training is beneficial for the students in one more ways. In addition to the technical skill accomplishment the particular candidate is also groomed on communication Skills, interpersonal skills, working in a team and leadership skills. These skills are very important while applying for a job. It is requested to all the engineering students to take their 6 months industrial training very sincerely for their better future.
